Our guests are required to provide a pre-authorisation on a credit or debit card upon arrival. Please note that a pre-authorisation is not a payment and is held by your bank and will be released to you upon departure if no incidences occur whilst you stay with us. Depending on your bank the pre-authorisation may take up to 10 working days to be released.
Guarantee Policy – Flexible RateA pre-authorisation of the first night’s value is obtained one week prior to arrival. The pre-authorisation is not a charge and no funds have been debited from your account.
Guarantee Policy – Non-Refundable RateThis rate requires full payment of the entire reservation at the time of booking
Cancellation Policy – Flexible RateThe hotel operates a 48-hour cancellation policy. Reservations must be amended or cancelled by 12:00am. Two days prior to arrival to avoid a 100% charge of the first night’s accommodation.
